Not gonna lie, this was frustrating. I tried emailing and calling about my order and didn’t hear back from anyone for days. I get that things get busy, but a simple reply would’ve helped. I probably won’t be ordering from them again.

Took my vehicle in for service plus some custom work, and yeah, not impressed. Finish felt rushed, a few things were off, and I had to flag stuff that should’ve been caught before pickup. Communication wasn’t great either. For the price, expected much better.

i mean, the site showed the item was in stock, but it actually wasn’t. Frustrating since the inventory clearly wasn’t accurate

I could tell early on this wasn’t going to be a smooth experience. I had to keep asking for updates, and replies were slow enough that it got frustrating fast.

"Didn’t feel reliable to me"
I spent some time looking through midwestmilitaryequipment.com , and honestly , it just didn’t give me a solid feeling . Some of the info felt a little light , and with something that would be a big purchase , I wanted to feel a lot more confident about who I was dealing with . Maybe other people had a smoother experience , but for me , I didn’t feel comfortable enough to place an order .

"They Actually Know What They’re Talking About"
I had a good experience with Midwest Military Equipment. The staff answered my questions without turning it into some overly complicated lecture, which I appreciated. You can tell they genuinely know the vehicles and parts, unlike some places that just act like they do. I did have to wait a bit for a reply at one point, because apparently patience is part of the process, but overall they were helpful and easy to deal with.

"Return and refund turned into an escalation"
I didn’t expect a simple return to turn into such a hassle. I sent the item back like I was supposed to, but once it came to getting the refund, it felt like everything just stalled.
I had to keep emailing for updates, and most of the replies were either delayed or didn’t really answer my questions. After going in circles, I ended up having to escalate the complaint just to get someone to take it seriously, which really shouldn’t have been necessary.
Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but this left a bad impression on me. The whole return process was stressful and frustrating, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again
"Packaging could’ve been a lot better"
The box showed up crushed, and the packing inside didn’t really feel sturdy enough. I’ve received cheaper stuff that was packed better than... yeah, this just wasn’t great.

"Gear’s okay, but I felt a bit ignored"
The gear itself seems decent and it’s still usable, but it definitely had more wear than I was expecting. I felt like the condition wasn’t really taken seriously or clearly shown, which was frustrating. Not terrible, just kind of disappointing.

"Not What Was Described"
The description on the site made it sound like I was getting something different than what actually showed up. Maybe some people would overlook it, but stuff like that really bugs me because it feels misleading. I ended up having to go through the return process, which was a hassle and made the whole experience worse. I’m definitely going to be skeptical of their product descriptions from now on...
